Day 1. Arrival in Bishkek

Welcome to Kyrgyzstan — your journey begins the moment you land. At Manas Airport, you’ll be met with heartfelt hospitality before being comfortably transferred to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, we gently introduce you to Bishkek — a calm, green city where wide boulevards meet lively local life. Stroll across Ala-Too Square, explore the National Museum. In the evening, we gather for a warm welcome dinner — your first taste of Kyrgyz cuisine and the beginning of new connections and stories.

  • Transfer Distance: 30 km – 40 minutes
  • Overnight: 4 ★ Hotel in Bishkek
Day 2. Bishkek → Son-Kul Lake

After breakfast, we leave the city behind and head deep into the heart of Kyrgyzstan. With every kilometer, the landscape opens wider — mountains rise, valleys stretch endlessly, and time seems to slow down. By evening, we reach Son-Kul — a breathtaking alpine lake set high above the world. Here, under an endless sky, you settle into your traditional yurt, surrounded only by silence, wind, and grazing horses. As the sun sets, take a quiet walk along the shore, breathe in the crisp mountain air, and feel what it truly means to be far from everything — and close to nature.

  • Transfer Distance: ~330 km – 5-6 hours
  • Overnight: Yurt Camp at Son-Kul
Day 3. Nomadic Traditions & Horse Games

Today, you don’t just observe nomadic life — you live it. The morning begins with a hands-on yurt installation workshop, where you discover how nomads build their homes using knowledge passed down through generations. Later, feel the raw energy of traditional horse games. Powerful riders, skilled horses, and centuries-old traditions come alive in thrilling displays of Kok-Boru, Oodarysh, and Tyiyn Enmei. The rest of the day is yours — relax by the lake, wander through the valley, or simply sit and watch herds move across the vast steppe. This is Son-Kul at its purest.

  • Overnight: Yurt Camp at Son-Kul
Day 4. Son-Kul → Bokonbaevo → Issyk Kul Lake

We descend from the high pastures toward the softer landscapes of the south. Along the way, you’re welcomed into a local village, where craftswomen share the art of traditional carpet making — each pattern telling its own story. In Bokonbaevo, witness a powerful eagle hunting demonstration. Watch as hunter and golden eagle move as one — a deep bond shaped by trust, respect, and centuries of tradition. By evening, the blue expanse of Issyk-Kul opens before you. Enjoy a calm lakeside atmosphere, gentle waves, mountain reflections, and a peaceful dinner by the water.

  • Transfer Distance: ~270 km – 5 hours
  • Overnight: Guesthouse (South Shore Issyk-Kul)
Day 5. Southern shore of Issyk-Kul → Altyn Arashan

This day is a visual feast. Begin with a walk through Skazka (Fairy Tale) Canyon, where nature has carved fantastical shapes — castles, dragons, and flowing red stone landscapes. Continue to Barskoon Gorge, where waterfalls cascade through pine forests, offering fresh air and quiet moments. After reaching Karakol, the journey turns adventurous. A rugged off-road drive takes you deep into the untouched beauty of Altyn Arashan — a remote valley framed by towering snow-capped peaks. The day ends with a cozy dinner in a mountain guesthouse, surrounded by silence, stars, and the feeling of being truly off the map.

  • Transfer Distance: 180 km – 4 hours + off-road 1.5 hours
  • Overnight: Guesthouse in Altyn Arashan
Day 6. Horseback Riding in Altyn Arashan

The route is gentle and suitable for everyone, whether it’s your first ride or not. In the afternoon, reward yourself with a soak in natural hot springs. Warm mineral water, mountain silence, and complete relaxation — the perfect balance after an active day.
